JIVA SINGH AT HIS FARMMeet Jiva singh,This simple farmer from a very remote area of punjab , village chotian , Teh Munak distt. Mansa is doing his farming organic since long.He came in a meeting called by khetivirasat and told that he never use any chemical in his five acre land.When on one side there is no small piece of land without chemicals in punjab , Jiva singh has choosen a different path of farming.Although his yield is not much but this is amusing that he has not single penny debt on his shoulders.Where are different studies reveals that every small and marginal farmer of punjab are under debt.We think S. Jiva singh has created a very big example to our modren agriculture system.We salute Mr. Jiva Singh.
